North 45’s 11th Annual Kentucky Derby
$10 pre-sale, $15 at door
Mint juleps, Kentucky cuisine and horse betting are all to be had at North 45‘s annual event. Doors open at 12 p.m. Live music by a Dixie-style band starts at 2 p.m. All horse-betting proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon and Southwest Washington. You can even win prizes such as a Samsung Smart TV, Private Whiskey Tasting Experience, Timbers Tickets and more! This is a 21 and older event and fancy dress is required.
Kentucky Derby at The Independent

Watch on Derby Day for FREE at Independent Sports Bar & Grill. Embrace your inner Southern Belle and Gentleman with fancy hats, heels and dress for a chance to win a $100 Independent gift card for Best Dressed Derby guest, $25 gift card for second and a t-shirt for third. The event starts at 2 p.m.
Eastburn’s Kentucky Derby

Kentucky mules, juleps and many fancy hats. What else could you want on Derby Day? Eastburn’s Derby event features brunch from 10 a.m. to until 3 p.m. with $2 mimosas with purchase of brunch item and happy hour specials from 3 to 6 p.m. with build your own bloody mary menus. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kentucky Derby Hosted by Poison Waters

Enjoy live music and day-long coverage on the big screen at McMenamins Mission Theater from 1 to 4 p.m. Try variations on the classic mint julep with Woodford Reserve, the official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby, and Kentucky-inspired food specials like the Hot Brown. Wear your fanciest derby hat for a chance to win McMenamins’ prizes. This event is 21 and older.
