Discount Ride Home during St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

Get home safe from during St Patrick’s Day weekend. City of Portland is offering a discount ride home to anyone who needs it.

Take the stress out of paying for parking and finding a designated driver. Here’s how you can claim this discount.

Discount Ride Home during St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

From Friday, March 15, at 5 p.m. through Monday, March 18, at 3 a.m., get up to $20 off a taxi fare with a paper coupon or $10 off an Uber or Lyft ride with a promo code for rides. This deal is valid on rides starting in Portland city limits, while supplies last.

Here’s how you can get each of these discounts: 

Lyft and Uber

The $10 off codes for Lyft and Uber rides are available starting at 8 a.m. on March 15. You can access the codes on the City of Portland’s website. 

Taxi Coupons 

Also, you can get paper coupons for up to $20 off a taxi trip. These are available at many businesses in Portland where people are celebrating. All you have to do is ask staff for the coupon.
