Celebrate Easter on the farm! Kids and adults of all ages are welcome at Bella Organic Farm’s Easter Egg Hunt.
Bella Organic is a 100-acre certified organic farm and winery on Sauvie Island that is open year round. They grow more than 70 varieties of berries, fruits, vegetables, pumpkins, vineyard grapes and herbs. In the fall, the farm has a corn maze and other fall harvest activities. The farm store and food booth offer a range of tasty treats, meals and beverages, including wine, cider and beer.
The farm also hosts fun events throughout the year, including an Easter egg hunt. Here are all the details about this upcoming event.
Easter Egg Hunt at Bella Organic Farm
The easter egg hunt is taking place Saturday, April 16 with three egg hunt times for specific age groups:
- 12 p.m. – Kinder Egg Hunt for ages 5 and under.
- 1 p.m. – Child Egg Hunt for ages 6-12.
- 2 p.m. – Adult Egg Hunt for ages 13 and up.
Each egg hunt lasts 5-10 minutes and have prizes for participants. The adult egg hunt includes a golden ticket worth $50 to spend in Bella Organic’s farm store. There will be strict age requirements for each egg hunt so everyone can enjoy the fun.
Tickets are free for ages 5 and under, $5 per person for ages 6-12 and $10 per person for ages 13 and up. There are online fees of $1+ for paid tickets. Tickets will be for sale onsite, but you are encouraged to buy tickets online as the event will likely sell out. Even if your kids are participating in the free egg hunt, be sure you reserve your free ticket online.
Once you arrive, you’ll check in and get a wrist band for your egg hunt. Take a screenshot or print your ticket before coming to the farm. Cell reception can be spotty.
The farm asks that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the egg hunt you’re participating in to make sure you get checked in and are ready for your start time.
The farm will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 16. Other activities include the farm store, food and beverage booth, cow train, hay maze, farm animals and ponies, a face painter and more. Some of these activities are free and some are available for purchase.
