Ben & Jerry’s has a new treat! Here’s your chance to try an ice cream bar for free before it hits stores. 

We all have our favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavor. You can now enjoy these treats in bar form with the sweet fillings and swirls you love in bar form. Available in five flavors, each bar features Ben & Jerry’s signature ice cream dipped in a chocolate coating with cookie pieces.

Here’s how you can get your hands on one. If you’re looking for more sweet treats this week, don’t miss Ugly Sweater Day at Crumbl (select locations).

First, let’s explore the new bar flavors. Choose from:

• Cookie Dough
• Chocolate Fudge Brownie
• Strawberry Cheesecake
• PB Pretzel
• Caramel Blondie

These bars will be at your nearest grocery store starting in January. Here’s how to get one this week:

Ice Cream Bar Giveaway

On December 17, 2025, Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops nationwide are giving away a free ice cream bar. Limit one bar per customer, while supplies last.

Here’s the participating location in Portland:

Ben & Jerry’s Yamhill Ice Cream Shop
524 SW Yamhill in Portland

The shop is open 12-7 p.m. on Wednesday. 

If you live outside the Portland area, find participating locations and information at benjerry.com. Under “Find a Scoop Shop,” check the box for “Free Bar Drop Shop” to find participating locations nationwide.
