Statewide school closures have been announced for Oregon and Washington. In response, this local cafe is offering to give a meal to children who need it most.
Laughing Planet Cafe announced on Facebook that they will offer free kids meals to children who qualify for Meal Assistance Programs.
Best of all, this deal does not require you to make any purchases. Proof of Meal Assistance Program eligibility is not required. Laughing Planet is working off of the honor system.
Laughing Planet kids meal includes a Mini Burrito or Mini Quesadilla, steamed broccoli or corn, and small apple juice or milk.
All locations are participating in this freebie. There are 10 locations in the Portland area and one in Vancouver. Find one nearest to you.
This deal is labeled as available “now until further notice.” Please check back to the cafe’s Facebook page for any changes.
