This weekly sweepstakes drawing will randomly award one $25 value gift card to one lucky winner drawn from all of the persons who subscribe to the Portland Living on the Cheap blog during each week via the entry form above. A week shall be measured from 12:01 a.m. Sunday to 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday night. The winner will be selected by Portland Living on the Cheap’s publisher at random. Drawing and notification of the lucky winner will be by email provided in entry form above no later than 7 p.m. on Monday of the week following the contest period. The odds of winning the sweepstakes depend on the number of new subscribers to Portland Living on the Cheap during the week via the entry form above. Only new subscribers over 18 years of age are eligible. No purchase is necessary to participate. Subscribing to Portland Living on the Cheap’s newsletter is consent to receive one daily email correspondence from Portland Living on the Cheap.
