The Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration is Monday, October 14, from 4-8 p.m. at Barbie’s Village.
Here is what’s taking place at the event:
- Free dinner hosted by Future Generations Collaborative.
- Frybread and more food for sale from Javelina’s.
- More than 14 Native artists and vendor.
- A Children’s Pow Wow performance.
- A guest speaker and author.
The event is at Barbie’s Village, 935 NE 33rd Ave. in Portland. Parking is free.
