Calling all secondhand enthusiasts! Attend multiple estate sales under one roof at PDX Estate Marketplace events.

The events are hosted by PDX Estate Services, a local company that helps families and individuals downsize their homes and plan estate sales. 

In 2023, the company launched PDX Estate Marketplace, a giant estate sale featuring items from multiple homes.

PDX Estate Marketplace Events

Instead of driving all over town to multiple estate sales, PDX Estate Marketplace brings together items from several homes into one big warehouse. If you love shopping secondhand items and want to see a variety of styles in one place, attend an upcoming event.

What is PDX Estate Marketplace?

Step inside a 20,000-square-foot estate sale at PDX Estate Marketplace. The monthly events house items from families who could not hold a sale at their location. For example, people who lived in condos or apartments, have public parking limitations, sold their house quickly or simply did not have enough items to host their own sale. 

Every month features new inventory. None of the items are left over from previous sales. So every time you visit, you’ll be treated to a building filled with new-to-you treasures. 

Also unlike a traditional estate sale, you don’t have to bring cash with you. The marketplace accepts credit cards. 

What is available at the marketplace?

When I visited the market, I was surprised by the variety of items for sale. There’s a large selection of furniture from every era, including full bedroom sets, couches, side tables, desks, dressers, coffee tables and much more. You’ll find mirrors and wall decor along with other decorative items.

The gently used clothing section feels like stepping inside a retail store. You can even find unopened household items. 

If you’re looking for big ticket items for cheap, there is a selection of gently used appliances. 

In addition, almost all items are in like-new condition. From the organized sections to the quality of items, this is unlike any estate sale I have ever attended. No rummaging through closets or dusting off knick-knacks. PDX Estate Services teams puts in the time to present a clean, organized and clearly labeled sale. 

Also, everything is listed at estate sale prices. Delivery is available for an additional price based on the number of items.

When are the PDX Estate Marketplace Events?

PDX Estate Marketplace events are held on the first weekend of the month. The marketplace is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Here are the upcoming dates: 

• November 2-3
• December 7-8

Where is PDX Estate Marketplace?

PDX Estate Marketplace’s warehouse is at 11125 SW Greenburg Rd. in Portland.

These events draw a crowd. Attendants are onsite to help guide you to available parking.
