Watch a movie al fresco at a French pastry shop and tapas bar in Portland. Pix Patisserie’s Movies at Dusk is back with 13 screenings this summer.
Since 2001, Pix Pâtisserie has brought a little slice of France to its shop on East Burnside. Taste and savor innovative and traditional French desserts, chocolates and homemade ice creams. If you prefer a liquid treat, Pix houses a Spanish tapas bar named Bar Vivant. The bar has a selection of wine, beer, cider, Sherry and tasty cocktails that you can pair with lots of tasty tapas.
If you’d like your tasty treats to go, stop by the 24-hour contactless vending machine, called Pix-O-Matic, for Pix desserts, macarons, conservas and other random stuff of your choosing.

In the summer, the shop’s courtyard is transformed into a theater for the annual Movies at Dusk. Here’s information about the 2022 summer series.
2022 Pix Patisserie’s Movies at Dusk
Pix Patisserie’s Movies at Dusk features uplifting classics to entertain all ages. The screenings are every Thursday from June through August in Pix’s courtyard. Before the film, play movie trivia for a chance to win a souvenir.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Showtime is at dusk, between 8-8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $8 per person. This price includes reserved seats, movie trivia and all-you-can-eat popcorn. A beer and cider garden is available for purchase until 10 p.m. You can buy your tickets online or call 971-271-7166.
