Portlanders love thrift and consignment stores. Thankfully, our city caters to this affinity and is chock-full of places where bargain hunters thrive. Whether your style is a pair of Levi’s jeans and a secondhand flannel or a vintage dress with like-new Dr. Martens or Frye’s, you’ll find it at these thrift and consignment shops.
Here’s an extensive list of thrift and consignment stores in the Portland metro area. A lot of these stores have items beyond clothing, such as book collections, recreation gear, kitchenware, artwork and home decor, furniture and books.
You can also use this list as your guide to places you can sell your stuff in Portland. There is a consignment store for just about all of the stuff you own.
For all of you who want to skip the list, we’ve already done the heavy lifting for you. Here’s our list of the five best thrift shops in Portland. Yes, it is subjective based on our thrifting preferences. No, we do not have to agree, but we do entertain recommendations!
