Join the celebration of winter at Snowvana! The Northwest’s largest gear sale and ski swap is taking over the expo center with many unique experiences for snow sports lovers.
Here are the details about the 2024 event.
2024 Snowvana: Portland’s Winter Sports Festival
Snowvana is taking place November 1-3, 2024. This is your chance to save big on gear and lift tickets while also partaking in a film festival and snow-themed activities.
Gear Sale and Vendors
The gear sale offers up to 70% off equipment. Browse 40,000 square feet of skis, boards, boots, apparel and accessories. The gear sale includes special show pricing from Portland’s biggest snow retailers, including Next Adventure, Hillcrest, Daddies and Foster Outdoor.
In addition, more than ski and snowboard brands are attending the event to showcase their new products.
This event brings together all of the best ski resorts in Oregon: Mt. Hood Meadows, Copper Spur, Mt. Bachelor, Hoodoo and Mt. Ashland, Willamette Pass Resort. There are also regional and international resorts at Snowvana. Stop by their booths for discounts on lift tickets, pick up free stickers and swag, and buy your season pass.
Need your ski or board bindings adjusted? Next Adventure will have its tuning shop onsite with free adjustments.
Activities
Keep the fun rolling with all the activities at Snowvana. Watch the world’s best ski and snowboard films at the film festival, sip on a selection of craft beers and spirits, enjoy live music from local artists, and partake in fun contests and entertainment.
Snowvana is a kid-friendly event with lots of activities designed with little ones in mind with indoor skiing, skateboarding and biking.
Another fun activity for kids is dog sledding. Meet the mushers and pups from Cascade Dog Sledding Club and experience a sled dog ride on a 100-foot track.
Also, 1,000 Free Kids Skis Next Adventure is giving away 1,000 free pairs of kid’s skis to “never-ever” rippers. “My first skis” fit on any kid’s snow boot.
