Winter Village Skating at Orenco Station

Winter cheer is in the air as Hillsboro’s Winter Village at Orenco Station. Celebrate the season with ice skating and fun activities. 

During the holidays, Jerry Willey Plaza at Orenco Station transforms into a festive covered outdoor ice skating rink.

Here’s how to join in on the fun:

Winter Village Skating at Orenco Station

The Winter Village at Orenco Station opens from November 30, 2025, through January 11, 2026. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday-Sunday. There are also bonus skate days on Tuesday, December 2 from Wednesday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and all day Tuesday, December 23.

Skating closes on Christmas Eve and Day and New Year’s Day. 

Skate sessions are available at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot.

Admission

All tickets must be purchased in person on the day of your skate session. Space is limited to 55 people per session, and it’s first come, first served.

These prices include skate rental.

• $19 for general admission.
• $16 for children 13 and under.
• Free for children 3 and under.
• Also, it is $5 to rent a bobby skate aid.

The ice skating rink is at Jerry Willey Plaza at Orenco Station, 943 NE Orenco Station Loop in Hillsboro.

The MAX blue line drops you off right in front of the plaza. Also, there is limited street parking is available, or you can park at the Rowlock or Vector garages. The first two hours are free when you display a ticket in your car window.
