The Vancouver Arts & Music Festival is August 2-4, 2024, at Esther Short Park in Vancouver, Washington. Hours are 12-10 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. This event is free and open to all ages.
