The Montavilla Street Fair is held along a trendy stretch of Stark Street just east of Mt Tabor. The event hosts some of Portland’s best art, food and creative scene.
This is one of several Portland street fairs. The event invites the community to come together for a day of summertime fun.
2026 Montavilla Street Fair
The Montavilla Street Fair is Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The family-friendly event takes place along SE Stark Street from 76th and 82nd Avenues.
This event has a great community vibe. If you want a street fair with a bit more space to explore and a great variety of booths, mark your calendar for Montavilla.
More than 150 vendors sell food and drinks, art, crafts, and clothing. There’s also organization booths sharing local services.

There’s also family activities throughout the festival blocks. You can grab a drink at one of the beer gardens.
The fair corresponds with the Montavilla Farmers Market, where you can pick up fresh produce and baked goods.
In past years, restaurants and stores along Stark Street have offered special deals and giveaways during the street fair.
I recommend bringing a water bottle (or two) and packing a reusable bag for any treasures you find. It’s worth embracing a hot summer day to see what this event has in store.
