2025 Beaverton Winter Lights

Every December, Beaverton City Park transforms into a sparkling holiday attraction, Beaverton Winter Lights. 

The holiday display features the city’s Christmas tree along with thousands of lights throughout the park. 

Here’s how you can enjoy this attraction. You may also enjoy Lightopia: Hillsboro’s Free Drive-Through Light Display and Portland Christmas Ships Parade.

2025 Beaverton Winter Lights

More than 15,000 light bulbs and 4,500 feet of rope lights set more than 70 trees aglow in the park for the annual Beaverton Winter Lights. The holiday attraction is complete with festive displays that make for fun photo opportunities. Stand among the towering trees illuminated by the colors of the season. 

The winter light display is open from 4 p.m.-8 a.m. December 1, 2025 to January 3, 2026.

Tree Lighting Ceremony and Market

Friday, December 5, 2025

The Tree Lighting Ceremony brings together a full evening of fun. There are two winter markets, performances and activities leading up to the tree lighting at 7 p.m. 

Activities include photo ops at the library, a free cookie giveaway and alpaca meet and greet. 

Here’s the schedule:

• 4-8 p.m. Children’s Entrepreneur Market and Beaverton Area Chamber Winter Market
• 6-8 p.m. Winter Lights performances and activities
• 7 p.m. Tree Lighting Ceremony

Menorah Lighting Event

Join the City of Beaverton and Chabad Jewish Center of Hillsboro for our menorah lighting event at 5 p.m. at Beaverton City Park. The event is free and open to people of all faiths.
