Regularly priced at $14, this special offer lets birthday kids bring home their bear for as little as $1 (minimum price applies) when they visit a store during their birthday month. Kids from 1 year old to 13 years old make the most of this special birthday deal.
How Does It Work?
You’ll need to take some steps to ensure your child can access this deal on their birthday:
First, join the Bonus Club. This offer is exclusive to Build-A-Bear Bonus Club members. It’s free to join.
Next, visit a store during your child’s birthday month. No need to rush. You can enjoy this offer anytime during your child’s birthday month.
Count Your Candles. Simply let a Build-A-Bear associate know that you’re celebrating a birthday. They will “count the candles” with your child to determine their age. No ID or proof of age required.
No coupon needed. Just provide your Bonus Club account details (email, phone number or account number) at checkout to receive the discount.

The birthday child must be present to receive the discount. This offer is available in stores only (not online). Outfits and accessories are sold separately.
