Portland Not Portlandia IV is an annual cheap music festival featuring 42 bands. The bands range from hardcore punk to rock to metal to everything in between. If you like a good head banger you can raise a glass to, this is your type of event.
This cheap music festival is a great after party to Saturday’s Adult Soapbox Derby or an afternoon with the Rickmobile at Ecliptic Brewing.
