Celebrate music and expression at the East Portland Summer Arts Festival.
At this year’s festival, you’ll be treated to a blend of performance and storytelling as performers fill a Portland park with an evening of music and good vibes.
The event is part of Portland Parks and Recreation’s Summer Free For All program, including Movies in the Park, Concerts in the Park, and other free special events across the city.

East Portland Summer Arts Festival
The East Portland Summer Arts Festival is July 11-12, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. each night. This festival is free and open to all.
On Saturday, July 11, LaRhonda Steele and Conjunto Alegre perform Latin and soul music.
On Sunday, July 12, Portland Cello will perform its tribute to Stevie Wonder.
