Looking for some new books to get you through the rainy season? Attend Kindred Homestead Supply’s free book swap.
The downtown Vancouver business is a low-waste, bulk refillery for your home and personal care needs. You bring your own containers and fill them up with a variety of household goods. In addition to bulk products, the local shop sells low-waste and sustainably made home goods, secondhand and vintage items, and locally made artwork.
Kindred Homestead Supply hosts events each month. Here are the details about the book swap.
Free Book Swap at Kindred Homestead Supply
On Friday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., give your old books and find new to you titles at the free book swap.
Bring your book donation to Kindred Homestead Supply from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Then browse books other community members have donated. You are not required to bring a book to take a book.
Leftover books will be donated to neighborhood little libraries, the Vancouver Community Library and Birdhouse Bookstore.
Kindred Homestead Supply is located at 606 Main St. in Vancouver.
