All of this uncertainty right now is stressful. Taking a moment to relax and recharge is important to maintain balance as we navigate this new territory for the foreseeable future.
If you meditate or enjoy soothing sounds as you drift off to sleep, you’ve probably familiar with the popular app Calm. For those of us who refuse to pay for apps (wait, is that just me?), this mindfulness content is a bit pricey. Thankfully, you have the chance to try the content for free and decide if it is worth purchasing.
The Calm App wants to pass along its tranquil vibes to everyone, in the hopes of helping us take care of their minds and keep grounded. The app is offering a resource page for your mental and emotional wellness.
You can access these resources on Calm’s Take A Deep Breath page.
All of the resources on this page are completely FREE. No charge or membership required.
The categories include soothing meditations, sleep meditations, sleep stories, calm music and more. There’s something for all, including kids.
The content is hand-picked to support mental and emotional wellness through this time. The Calm team will update the content regularly, so check back often.
I wish you all the tranquility and calm.
