A FREE four-week concert series begins this Thursday, July 10, at 5:30 p.m. at Ecotrust, 721 N.W. Ninth Ave. Here’s the Sundown Concerts line-up for each Thursday in July:
July 10: Portland Cello Project and All Ages Dance Party
July 17: Magic Mouth with Brainstorm
July 24: The Builders and the Butchers with Melville
July 31: Alela Diane with Lost Lander
There will be food and beverages for sale. Kids are welcome and there will be fun activities to keep them entertained. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, too. Public transportation is encouraged (the Portland Streetcar stops at Ecotrust on Northwest Tenth Ave.) and there will be bike parking on Northwest Irving St.
While you’re there, check out the exhibits at the Innovation Showcase. Each Thursday will feature a different theme: July 10, Energy; July 17, Water; July 24, Forestry; July 31, Food.
Opening bands begin playing at 5:45 p.m. and headliners take the stage at 7 p.m. Concerts wrap up around 8 p.m.
