We’ve been waiting almost two years for Game of Thrones Season 8. On May 19, the last episode airs and we’re all asking ourselves how this series that has taken the world by storm ( or rather fire) will end.
I have a few items to add to your list in preparation for the final episode of one of the world’s greatest shows. Portland is getting in the GoT spirit with themed activities and food and drink. I’ve gathered a list of what has been posted so far and will continue adding to it. Game of Thrones Portland

GoT Trivia
- After the finale, BG Food Cartel in Beaverton will be hosting trivia on May 21 from 7 to 9 p.m.
- Running Dog Brewery in St Helens will also be hosting a post-finale trivia on May 14 from 7 to 9 p.m.
GoT Viewing Parties
- Every Sunday, swing by Look Long Brewing Company to watch the show with friends at 7 p.m.!
- Show Bar is also hosting viewing parties every Sunday at 9 p.m.
- Head up to Salud Wine Bar in Camas from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
- 39 Below in Battle Ground is hosting weekly viewing parties starting at 6 p.m. They’ll have We’ll have GOT themed drinks every Sunday as well.
Pug Crawl
Love GoT? Have a pug? Start building your costume and float for Pug Crawl 2019! The Oregon Humane Society recently released that the 2019 theme for the annual pug parade will be Game of Thrones: Pugs are Coming. Best of all, the event takes place from 12-4 p.m. on May 19, the day of the last episode!
Play GoT at Game Knight Lounge
Have you played the board game yet? Game Knight Lounge has it, and for a $5 cover you can bring play at Oregon’s first board game lounge. Or if you prefer a solo game, swing by Ground Kontrol for the GoT pinball machine.

Coming to a store near you! Oreo posted on Feb. 23 that they are releasing a GoT-themed package of Oreos. I’ll let you know as soon as they release more info.

World Market has a whole variety of GoT-themed wines from Chardonnay to Pinot Noir. While you’re there, pick up the GoT wine glasses to match.
