See local parks come to light during these special after dark events, Glow in the Park.

There are three family-friendly events scheduled at select parks within the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District. 

Here are the details: 

2023 Glow in the Park Events

Bring your family and friends to enjoy a free twilight stroll lead by Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District.

Glow necklaces and bracelets will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Participants are encouraged to bring their own flashlights and reflective gear.

Here’s when you can participate in these family-friendly events.

Upcoming Events

April 12

6:30-7:30 p.m.

Commonwealth Lake Park. Meet at the intersection of SW Foothills Dr and SW Dellwood Ave in Portland.

May 10

6:30-7:30 p.m.

Hansen Ridge Park. The park entrance is at 4075 NW 147th Ave. in Portland.

June 7

7:30-8:30 p.m.

Rock Creek Park. Meet at NW Blacktail Dr and NW 177th Ave. in Portland.
