The Halloween Skate event at the Lloyd Center Ice Rink encourages everyone to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes. To make it even more enticing, if you wear a costume, you’ll get to skate for half the regular price. That’s just $11, a fantastic deal considering the usual cost is $22.
