2023 India Festival at Pioneer Courthouse Square

Celebrate India’s Independence Day with live music, dance, food and other entertainment at Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The event is hosted by the India Cultural Association, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing Indian cultural awareness in Portland, Oregon. Every year, ICA hosts the popular India Festival in the heart of the city.

Here’s information about the 2023 festival. 

2023 India Festival at Pioneer Courthouse Square

The 29th annual India Festival is Sunday, August 6 from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The celebration is ICA’s largest annual outdoor festival in Oregon. Enjoy a full day of Indian culture, music, dance, fashion, art, history and food.

There are 87 nonstop entertainment programs planned for the event. 

This event is free to attend. Food and goods are available for purchase.
