Celebrate the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education’s reopening at the Cultural Festival Street Party.

OJMCHE Cultural Festival Street Party
On Sunday, June 11 from noon to 3 p.m., attend the free OJMCHE Cultural Festival Street Party.
The OJMCHE’s reopening hosts a free museum day along with a street-wide cultural festival. Enjoy music, performances and a taco truck.
Inside the museum, visit the new core exhibition Human Rights After the Holocaust, and special exhibitions, including But a Dream, a series of lithographs by Salvador Dalí and The Jews of Amsterdam, Rembrandt and Pander.
Here is the event schedule:
- 12 p.m. Welcome
- 12:15 p.m. Chinese Lions dance by Portland Lee’s Association Dragon and Lion Dance team.
- 1 p.m. A performance by Portland Taiko.
- 2 p.m. A celebration of Klezmer, Mediterranean, Sephardic, and other Jewish soul music with Michelle Alany and the Mystics.
The OJMCHE Cultural Festival Street Party is free to attend. The Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education is at 724 NW Davis Street in Portland.
