Want to support Portland small businesses on some of the biggest shopping days of the year? Small Shops Big Hearts holiday shopping event gives you the chance to win prizes while you shop.
Instead of fighting the lines at overcrowded big box stores or spending a mind-numbing amount of time looking for parking at the mall, Small Shops Big Hearts encourages you to support local shops and have fun while doing it.
This event may sound familiar to you. It is a reboot of the local shopping event Little Boxes.
The holiday shopping event is taking place November 26-27, 2021. More than 100 businesses are participating. When you make a purchase at a participating shop you’ll be entered to win fun prizes, ranging from hotel stays to gift cards to local businesses.
Here’s how the Small Shops Big Hearts holiday shopping event works:
- Head to kuto.app/smallshopsbighearts to register and view participating businesses. Kuto also offers a contact free way to pay.
- Your first purchase unlocks 10% off at every other the other participating shops. Each purchase earns 3 raffle entries. If you make your purchases through the Kuto app, it doubles your raffle entries (6 entries per purchase).
- You’ll get more when you visit more shops. Your raffle entries double after 3 purchases, triple after 6, and quadruple after 9.
