Oaks Park has been Portland’s amusement park since 1905. It is a summertime favorite for families and friends with thrilling rides, fun carnival games, an indoor roller skating rink and mini golf. While it will cost you a pretty penny to partake in a full day of activities, special discount days help keep the price low for all ages.

Ride bracelets range from $44.45  to $49.45 depending on the day of your visit, and get you unlimited access to amusement park rides. This is a lot for a family on a budget. The cost does not include food, mini golf, skating and carnival games.

Tuesdays

KATU Tuesdays

Valid June 17 through August 26

Get your ride bracelets online using coupon code KATU and get a free bracelet with the purchase of a bracelet.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Chipper’s Preschool Rides

Valid June 17 through August 27

Enjoy a special morning of pint-sized fun from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday. Preschool Rides features kiddie rides, select family rides, and a snack and story time with Chipper the Squirrel at noon.

Open to kids 6 and younger only. Tickets are $13.50 per child. One adult free per paid child.

Wednesdays

iHeart Hot Pass

Valid June 18 through August 27

Get unlimited rides, plus a round of mini golf for $35 for 48″ and Taller and $19 for Under 48″.

Offer valid online only. The mini golf admission will be automatically applied with the discount code. Limit six deals per transaction.

Thursdays

Get an original vintage 1980s tear-a-ticket Ride Bracelet with 10 ride tickets. Each ticket is good for one ride of your choice. The price is $30 for 10 rides.

Unlimited rides plus the choice of any meal basket at George’s Grill or a personal pizza and soda from Trolley Park Pizza.

Unlimited rides and a chicken tenders kid’s meal from George’s Grill. The meal includes applesauce, apple juice and a toy.

Free Carousel and Train Rides

This summer, you can ride the historic carousel and train at Oaks Park for free. No bracelets or tickets are required. Height and rider requirements apply.

Veteran and Active Military Personnel

Veterans and active military personnel receive 25% off on up to six ride bracelets, open skate session admission or mini golf admission. 

To get this discount you must purchase on-site and show valid military ID.

Group Discounts

Buy 25 or more ride bracelets or open skate admissions and get 25% off. 

Nonprofits and schools get 40% off ride bracelets.

Group discounts must be arranged with the Oaks Park administration office at least three days before your visit.
