Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month at El Tigre Fest. The free festival hosts Latin American food, arts and crafts, dancing, live music, and children’s activity for all ages.
Here’s what you can expect at the 2025 event.
2025 El Tigre Fest
El Tigre Fest is Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy a full afternoon of performances, activities and vendor booths at Cook Park.
The event features more than 70 vendors featuring Latino-owned businesses, arts and crafts, and food. In addition to vendor booths are community tables featuring city resources.
There’s family-friendly activities, including games, face painting, and character meet and greets. Don’t miss the youth futbol tournament.
Performers and dance groups take the stage all day. Here’s a list of performers:

- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Kuwerdas
- 12:15 – 12:45 PM Las Flamenquitas
- 1:00 – 1:30 PM Baile Folklorico
- 1:45 – 2:30 PM 3LH
- 2:45 – 3:30 PM Flaco El Jandro
- 3:45 – 4:45 PM Pura Vida Orquesta
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM Trish Toledo
- 6:15 – 7:15 PM Tropa Magica
- 7:15 PM El Tigre Fest Ends
The festival is taking place at Cook Park, 17005 SW 92nd Ave. in Tigard. Parking is free. For more information, visit the City of Tigard website.
