Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a full day of live music, dancing, food and family activities at El Tigre Fest in Tigard.
The free annual festival returns to Cook Family Park on Saturday, October 3. More than 70 vendors and community organizations are participating in this year’s celebration, along with live performances and activities for kids. The event also recognizes Filipino American History Month.
Here’s what to expect at the 2026 El Tigre Fest.
2026 El Tigre Fest
El Tigre Fest is Saturday, October 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
Throughout the day, the festival stage hosts live music and dance performances. The 2026 lineup includes:
- Barrio Mestizo
- Gata Galáctica
- Pura Vida Orquesta
- Mariachi Viva México
- Dina y Los Rumberos
- Kuwerdas PNW
- Las Flamenquitas youth dance group
There are also more than 70 booths featuring Latin food vendors, local artisans, Latino-owned businesses, nonprofits and community resources.
Families can stop by the Kids’ Zone for lawn games, face painting, balloon twisting, fairy hair and costumed characters. Tigard Public Library and several local organizations are also hosting activities. Kids can learn about bike safety and pick up a free helmet while supplies last.
Soccer fans can catch the Club Venados youth soccer tournament, which runs Friday evening through Saturday. Festival visitors are welcome to watch the games.
Getting to El Tigre Fest
El Tigre Fest takes place at Cook Family Park, 17005 SW 92nd Ave. in Tigard.
Free parking is available at the park, but spaces are limited. The City of Tigard recommends walking, biking, carpooling or using nearby street parking. TriMet Line 76 stops near the park at Hall and Sattler and Durham and 76th.
