Bank of America’s Museums On Us program lets customers visit Portland museums for free the first full weekend of the month.
More than 225 museums and attractions participate in the Bank of America free museum days in cities across the United States. In Portland, we’re lucky enough to have three of the best museums in the city participate in this program.

How to Participate
It’s easy. Show your Bank of America or Merrill Lynch or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card and a photo ID on Saturday or Sunday for one free general admission ticket. Currently, this ticket cannot be booked online in advance.
The Museums on Us free admission is available for cardholders only. Guests are not eligible for free admission.

Oregon Museum of Science and Industry: On the banks of the Willamette, OMSI treats guests to a behind the scenes view of scientific wonders from around the world with traveling and permanent exhibits. Founded in 1944, OMSI’s mission is to inspire curiosity, exchange of ideas, and stimulate informed action. It is a great place to take your family for a day of fun.
The Bank of America ticket freebie will save you $19 on OMSI general admission ticket.
Portland Art Museum: Located in the heart of downtown, Portland Art Museum is internationally renowned for exciting art experiences. Tour the collection of permanent galleries and six stories of modern art. The museum offers some incredible exhibits temporarily on display.
With Bank of America’s Museums on Us discount, you’ll save $25 on the general admission ticket.
Portland Japanese Garden: Nestled among Washington Park, the Portland Japanese Garden deems itself the most authentic Japanese garden outside of Japan. It features five traditional styles of Japanese gardens on 5+ acres.
The Museums on Us deal will save you $21.95 on the general admission ticket. After your visit, see the rest of Washington Park by taking a ride on the free shuttle.
The other participating museum in Oregon is the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art in Eugene. Not in Oregon? No problem. Find all locations by state.
