Oregon Pacific Railroad Train Rides
Oregon Pacific Railroad train rides take you along the scenic Springwater Corridor on the east side of the Willamette River through Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. Guests will enjoy the comfort of open air cars pulled by a historic diesel locomotive.
Your train ride departs from and returns to the Oregon Rail Heritage Center in Portland.
Train rides are every Saturday through October 12, 2024. There are four departure times on Saturday: 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Each ride lasts about 45 minutes.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 3-12. Ages 2 and under ride for free on lap. Also, adult senior and military tickets are $13.50. Online tickets include a small processing fee.
Advanced reservations are encouraged. Ticket holders check in 15 minutes before departure.
Before or after your train ride, explore the Oregon Rail Heritage Center. You’ll see three enormous restored steam locomotives along with rotating exhibits and a souvenir shop. The museum is free to visit. Donations are encouraged.
