Trick-or-Treat Events and Treat Map
Halloween weekend
Looking for trick-or-treat locations? Want to know which neighbors are giving out goodies? Here are two resources for you.
I’ve gathered a list of trick-or-treat events happening throughout the Portland area. Events are scheduled throughout the Halloween weekend.
If you want to stay within walking distance of your home, check out the Halloween treat map. No more second guessing where to go or who is giving out treats. You can see exactly which neighbors are ready to greet you with a bowl of goodies.
The Halloween Treat Map displays a map of your neighborhood with icons stating what surprises each house has in store, including candy, Halloween decorations and dog treats.
Canby Haunt Jr (formerly Scare Fair)
Saturdays in October
The Clackamas County Fairgrounds is transforming from fun to freaky for a few nights of fright in October. Canby Haunt, formerly Clackamas County Scare Fair, is featuring a themed haunted house by Creatures of the Night.
Canby Haunt Jr. takes the scare down a notch. On Saturdays from 7-8 p.m., families with children 12 and under can experience a more brightly lit and friendly haunted house that provides only laughter and delight.
Also, the haunted house lets you choose your level of fright. Each group can change their experience from terrifying to family friendly with the Creature Candle. The Creature Candle makes the monsters scared of you and provides safe passage through the haunted house. If it’s getting a bit too spooky, simply turn on your candle and the monsters will retreat into the shadows. Switch off the light to let the nightmare continue.
Tickets are $20 per person. Canby Haunt Jr is $17 per person. Creature Candles are $6. Parking is free.
The Clackamas County Fairgrounds is located at 694 NE 4th Ave. in Canby.
