Dracula. Bride of Chucky. The Mummy. Some of our favorite classic haunts ride the tight rope of the horror-romance genre. This Valentine’s weekend, one of Portland’s best haunted houses is hosting a special event to celebrate horror with your honey.
The Fear PDX’s Love Bites: A Valentine’s Haunted House features the same thrills and chills of the Halloween season with a lover’s twist. Leave traditional Valentine’s celebrations in the past and get your heart racing at the haunted house.
As you weave through the dark halls arm in arm, blood thirsty vampires stalk you. Hidden around every corner, terrifying monsters lurk. Hold your steady embrace and find out if you can make it to the other side unscathed by the haunted horrors.
Tickets are $30 per person and you’ll choose a time slot for your visit during checkout. I usually don’t write about happenings in our city that cost this much, but this is a one of the most unique Valentine’s I have seen in our city. Plus, a dinner out with drinks would likely exceed this ticket price.
The Love Bites Haunted House is haunting for one night only on February 12 from 7-10 p.m.
