Do you plan to do some serious hiking this season? There are two Oregon hiking guides to get you on the right path. Whether you’re planning a multi-day trek or a two-mile loop, these sites have resources to meet you at your level.
Access is FREE and it not only gives you descriptions and locations of those trails, but also offers tips on long-distance hiking with lots more links to advice.
Some of the trails listed in the top 50 include the Oregon Coast Trail, Pacific Northwest Trail, Oregon Desert Trail and Oregon Skyline Trail.
One of my favorite resources is OregonHikers.org. More than 7,000 registered users post hiking reports, tips, pictures and maps. The site strives to build a greater hiking community by making all your Oregon trip resources available in one place.
