Here’s the buzz about National Coffee Day!

National Coffee Day is Sunday, September 29, 2024. To stir things up, many coffee shops are celebrating the highly caffeinated holiday with freebies and discounts at participating locations. Here’s what’s percolating.

This is a great day to swing by a locally-owned coffee shop for a freshly brewed cup of your favorite caffeinated concoction. 

The majority of these free and cheap perks are available at national chains with locations in the Portland metro area.

2024 National Coffee Day Deals

Circle K

Through October 2, the popular convenience store/gas station is giving away a free medium hot or iced coffee. The closest location to Portland is 19791 S Hwy 213 in Oregon City.

Dutch Bros

Starting at 5 a.m. on National Coffee Day, get a specialty mini rubber duck for every drink purchased at Dutch Bros. Ducks are available in red, blue or black hats, while supplies last.
