Attention coffee lovers! National Coffee Day is Wednesday, September 29, 2021. To stir things up, many coffee shops are celebrating the highly caffeinated holiday with freebies and discounts at participating locations. Here’s what’s percolating.

This is a great day to swing by a locally-owned coffee shop for a freshly brewed cup of your favorite caffeinated concoction. A few local shops have deals available. Check them out below!

2021 National Coffee Day Deals
Buy a coffee on September 29 and get a free coupon to redeem on a future visit. The Southeast Portland coffee shop is open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Eastside Coffee Bar and Workspace
To celebrate National Coffee Day, bring in your favorite mug to Eastside Coffee Bar and get $1 off your drink this Wednesday. The coffee shop is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Water Avenue Coffee
Water Avenue Coffee, one of Portland’s favorite roasters, and Take Two Foods are offering a special freebie on National Coffee Day. On Wednesday, September 29, get a free medium hot or iced Water Avenue coffee or latte made with Take Two Barista Barleymilk.
7-Eleven is offering 7Rewards loyalty members one free, any size hot coffee with the purchase of a baked good at participating locations. This includes fall flavors like Fall Pumpkin Coffee and Pumpkin Spice Latte.
You can also celebrate from home with a free extra large hot coffee with any purchase through 7-Eleven Delivery via the 7NOW app.
Customers can Text “FREE” to “31310” to receive a digital coupon for a free cup of coffee to redeem only on Wednesday, September 29, at participating Circle K stores. The closest location to Portland is in Vancouver.

On National Coffee Day, Krispy Kreme Rewards members enjoy a free brewed coffee and doughnut of their choice — no purchase necessary. It’s free to join. If you’re not a member, you can still celebrate with a free brewed coffee.
As an added bonus, the chain is giving all vaccinated customers a free doughnut every day for the rest of the year, including National Coffee Day.
On September 29, let the employee at the register or drive-thru know you’re a parent or caregiver and you’ll receive free coffee all day.

America’s favorite coffee chain is giving you two way to celebrate National Coffee Day.
