How do you like your wings: Bone in or boneless? Spicy or tangy? Whatever way you wing it, here’s your chance to celebrate wings all week long.
Portland Wing Week is taking place October 4-10, 2021. Each plate of wings will be only $6 at participating locations.
Each participating location is creating custom-made chicken wings. Enjoy a new take on the American classic with Korean style, tempura, Jamaican jerk, honey chili and more.
Need more motivation to participate? Portland Wing Week can be enjoyed at some of your favorite restaurants. So get out, support local businesses and have a great bite to eat. You may even find a great drink or side special to accompany your wings.
This year, 24 restaurants are participating in the Portland Mercury’s Wing Week. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at some locations. Choose your chicken wings:

Gochujang Funk: Korean inspired wings.

Vegan Gochujang Wingz: five vegan wingz tossed in a savory sweet and spicy Korean gochujang sauce. Served with garlic aioli and pickled daikon and carrots.
Korean BBQ Wings: Korean bbq wings with Thai chilies on gluten free fried bone-in wings.
Boke Wings: star-anise brined, smoked, and fried wings with hot boke and Thai chili wing sauce.
Chimcking Fried Wings: fresh wings seasoned with special Chimcking seasoning.
Concordia Ale House
Bikini Bottom Wings: pineapple, cilantro and house jalapeno rub tossed in Poke sauce.
Sesame Wings: tempura battered wings tossed in our slightly sweet sesame sauce.
Duke’s Public House
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings: Jamaican jerk sauce.
Sweet N Spicy Cosmic Wings: Fresh Draper Valley wings or Tofurky tempeh “wings” tossed in habanero, pineapple, and caramelized onion sauce, with scallions and pickled cucumber.
Painkiller – Painmaker: Covered in a sauce of fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, overproof rum, fresh habanero and green onion.

PORTER-HONEY-CHILI: house made Tree Hugger Porter reduction and a honey glaze with chili flakes.
Fish Sauce Wings: crispy fried full chicken wings with a deep fried garlicky aroma tossed in a sweet and savory fish sauce glaze with hints of fresh citrus and cracked black pepper. Paired with crunchy pickled daikon and carrot.
Smoked Habanero Ranch: brined and oak smoked wings tossed in our house made spicy habanero ranch sauce.

Asian Orange Glazed Wings: house made Asian orange glaze on our pepper ginger marinated wings.

Georgia Heat: sauce made with Jim Beam peach, peaches and habaneros.

Exotic Explosion: An Oregon X Belize Flavor Experience: Fresh fried meaty chicken wings in marionberry jelly infused with a Belizean habanero pepper sauce. Served with carrots and celery.
Wings of Hadrian: honey and habanero glazed wings.
Prime Tap House
Pad Thai Wings: crispy fried chicken, chili paste and soy bean oil, ketchup, tamarind fish sauce, chili oil, brown sugar and crushed garlic. Topped with green onion and crushed peanuts.
The Bomb Wings: lightly battered crispy garlic fish sauce wings with hint of chili and spices.
Crispy Orange Wings: wings in a habanero, orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar and chili sauce with a side of aioli
Chojang Vinaigrette: fish sauce wings drizzled with Gochujang (Korean chilli pepper paste) and vinegar.
It’s a Gochujang Thang: lightly breaded wings with house made sweet and spicy sauce.

Plum Garlic Habanero Wings: fried rotisserie wings tossed with plum garlic habanero sauce.
West Coast Grocery Company
Sweet & Spicy Pho Wings: wings dry rubbed in pho seasoning, fried crispy and topped with chili ginger sauce. Topped with cilantro, green onion, and Asian white sesame. Served with a side of whiskey chili garlic crisp ranch dressing.
