Some communities have even dedicated full events to movies that were filmed locally. Every year, Brownsville hosts Stand By Me Day on July 23, complete with scenes sites, storytelling and blueberry pie. In the fall, St. Helens transforms in to the Spirit of Halloweentown. The monthlong celebration commemorates the Disney Channel Halloween classic. The town also has multiple film locations for Twilight.
