It’s time to mark the calendar for one of the West’s largest and longest running classic auto gatherings as the Portland Auto Swap Meet revs up to celebrate its 50th anniversary April 4 – 6 at the Portland Metropolitan Exposition Center.
CHEAP DAY is Sunday, April 6, which is a half-day, 8 am to 1 pm, with admission reduced from the regular $7 to $4.
Plus, Sunday is Ladies Free Day when an adult female is accompanied by an adult (and paying) male. Kids under 12 are free each day of the Swap Meet.
Featuring 3,500 booths and 1,500 vendors with an array of classic car goods that draws more than 30,000 auto enthusiasts annually, the meet focuses on all things auto dating from the earliest days of mass production to 1980 models.
The Portland Auto Swap meet opens Friday, April 4 with hours of 7 am to 7 pm. On Saturday, April 5, hours are 7 am to 5 pm. Sunday, April 6, hours are 8 am to 1 pm.
Admission is $7 per day at the gate for adults Friday and Saturday, and $4 on Sunday. Admission is FREE for children under 12 all days.
