This beautiful nature oasis features 2,300 species of trees and plants from around the world along 12 miles of trails. Hoyt Arboretum is free to visit with lots of great cheap events available each week, including tai chi and preschool walks.
While you’re there, explore Washington Park on the free shuttle, which picks you up at the visitor center. You can make a stop at the park’s best attractions, including one of our city’s free rose gardens.
