Get ready to celebrate spring in one of the most creative and colorful ways at the Portland Bloom Tour.
This vibrant citywide event transforms Portland’s Downtown, Old Town and Lloyd District into a blossoming canvas of floral art, immersive installations and community celebration.
Flower enthusiasts, fashion lovers, cyclists and wine connoisseurs have some festive fun to partake in at this annual event.
Also, Rose Festival activities coincide with this event, making for double the blossoming beauty in Portland.

2025 Portland Bloom Tour
From May 23 to June 8, 2025, the Portland Bloom Tour brings together local florists, artists and retailers to craft breathtaking floral displays and art installations throughout the city. This year, there are more than 40 creations on display.
It’s not just about pretty petals. This event supports local creativity, commerce and community.
On top of a full map of installations, there are special events taking place throughout the two-week event.

Botanical Couture Fashion Show
May 23
Kick off the Bloom Tour in high style at Director Park with a live botanical couture fashion show from 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m. Hosted by the Pacific Northwest Florist Association, this event features stunning floral fashion designs by internationally renowned artist Françoise Weeks and other talented designers.
The first 100 attendees will receive a free swag bag. Come early, enjoy music and mingle with artists.
Director Park is at 815 SW Park Ave. in Portland.
Bouquets & Buskers
May 24
Head to Bentley Fleurs at Morgan’s Alley from 1–3:00 p.m. for premium locally grown flower bouquets and live music by Portland Busker Finalist Jeremy Famà. A perfect Saturday stop for fresh blooms and soulful tunes.
Morgan’s Alley is at 515 SW Broadway in Portland.
Starry Night Wine Walk
May 30
Sip and stroll during the second annual Starry Night Wine Walk from 5–8 p.m. in partnership with the Portland Rose Festival. For just $25 in advance ($30 at the event), you’ll enjoy 10 tasting tokens, discover new favorite wines, spirits, and beers, and explore downtown shops and eateries hosting pop-up tasting stations.
Registration starts at Director Park, 815 SW Park Ave. in Portland.
Bloom Tour Bike Ride
May 29
Pedal through Portland’s most dazzling floral installations! Meet at Hassalo Plaza at 5:15 p.m. to decorate your bike, then roll out at 5:30 p.m. for a guided group ride with Go Lloyd and community partners.
Hassalo Plaza is at NE 7th Ave. and NE Hassalo St. in Portland.
Petal & Pose: Kiss of Spring Fashion Show
June 1
Join us again at Director Park from 4–6 p.m. to witness another inspiring floral fashion showcase. This event celebrates local design and artistry through the work of two dynamic designers and a celebrated boutique.
The event is at Director Park, 815 Southwest Park Ave. in Portland.
