The Portland Boat Show is making waves this January. Attend one of North America’s most renowned boat shows and the first major boating event of the year.

For over six decades, this iconic show has brought together boat enthusiasts, dealers and manufacturers to celebrate the diverse boating culture of the Northwest. Whether you’re a seasoned boater or just dipping your toes into the water, this show promises something for everyone.

Here’s what you can expect:

2025 Portland Boat Show

From fishing boats to pontoons, ski boats and sailboats, all major categories of trailerable boats are represented at the Portland Boat Show. You’ll find the region’s top dealers and manufacturers showcasing the latest innovations and accessories.

If you’ve been dreaming about upgrading your boat or getting started with your first vessel, this is your chance to explore dozens of styles all in one place. 

Event Details

Mark your calendars for January 8–12, 2025, when the Portland Expo Center transforms into a boater’s paradise. 

Here’s the schedule:

Wednesday, January 8: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Thursday, January 9: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Friday, January 10: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Saturday, January 11: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sunday, January 12: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Admission and Discounts

Admission is $16 per person. Kids 12 and under can attend for free. Online tickets include admission processing fees. 

Looking to save on tickets? Take advantage of the 2-for-1 discount coupon available online. Print the coupon and bring it to the box office when purchasing two tickets to save $16. Submit your form and grab your discount here.

Parking and Transit Options

Parking at the Portland Expo Center is $13 per vehicle. If you plan to visit on a weekday evening, you’re in luck. Parking is free from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays.

Another convenient option is taking public transit—the MAX train drops you off just a short walk from the entrance.
