For thrifty families and their little monsters, there are fun treats (no tricks) available all over town. If you’re looking for a new way to celebrate the trick-or-treating holiday, check out these Portland Halloween food deals below. 

Some of these deals require a costume. The deals are all day unless specific hours are listed. Most of these events are happening on October 31, but make sure you take note of the dates listed.

2025 Portland Halloween Food Deals

Baskin-Robbins

On Halloween, get 31% off all scoops at Baskin-Robbins. There are 18 Baskin-Robbins location throughout the Portland metro. 

Chipotle

Chipotle is bringing back its Boorito promotion. From 3 p.m. to closing on October 31, Chipotle Reward members in costume get $6 entree item at participating locations. Scan your membership at checkout. Limit one per person and in restaurant only. The reward program is free to join.

There are 10 Chipotle locations in and around Portland.

Hawaiian Style Grill

On October 31, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., stop by with your kids for a free meal at Hawaiian Style Grill. Children 12 and under get a free small Huli Huli Chicken plate at Hawaiian Style Grill.

Hawaiian Style Grill is at 5000 E Fourth Plain Blvd A106 in Vancouver.

Krispy Kreme

On Saturday, October 25, and Friday, October 31, head to your nearest Krispy Kreme wearing your Halloween costume for a free Original Glazed or Classic Ring Doughnut in shop. All three Krispy Kreme locations in the Portland area are participating. 

Mike’s Drive-In 

On October 31 from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., kids can trick-or-treat at the drive-in and get a free small soft serve ice cream cone. Available at all four participating locations.

MOD Pizza

On Friday, October 31, kids 12 and under who visit MOD in costume receive a free Kids Meal at MOD Pizza. Kids Meals include a mini cheese or pepperoni pizza with organic juice or milk.

Noodles & Company

From October 27 to 31, 2025, Noodles & Company offers a buy-one-get-one 50% off regular entrée at participating locations. Proteins or add-ons are extra. Limit one offer per person.

Sonic

Munch on 50-cent corn dogs at Sonic all day on Halloween. This deal is available all day, while supplies last. The deal is open to all customers. You don’t need a coupon, promo code or rewards account. Also, there is no limit.

Wendy’s

WinCo Foods

Stock up on Halloween candy for the big day at WinCo Foods. Now through October 31, assorted candy in the bulk foods department is $1.98 per pound.

This deal applies to assorted candy bin 2120 only. Limit 10 pounds per person.
