For thrifty families and their little monsters, there are fun treats (no tricks) available all over town. If you’re looking for a new way to celebrate the trick-or-treating holiday, check out these Portland Halloween food deals below. 

Some of these deals require a costume. The deals are all day unless specific hours are listed. Most of these events are happening on October 31, but make sure you take note of the dates listed.

2024 Portland Halloween Food Deals

Baskin-Robbins

On Halloween, get 31% off all scoops at Baskin-Robbins. There are 18 Baskin-Robbins location throughout the Portland metro. 

Chipotle

Chipotle is bringing back its Boorito promotion. From 3 p.m. to closing on October 31, Chipotle Reward members get $6 entree item. Scan your membership at checkout. Limit one per person and in restaurant only. The reward program is free to join.

There are 10 Chipotle locations in and around Portland.

IHOP

From October 24 through October 31, kids 12 and under can get a free Scary Face Pancake from 4 to 10 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entree at IHOP.

Your little ghosts and goblins will get an over-sized buttermilk pancake with a whipped topping mouth and strawberry nose, served with two mini-OREO cookies and pieces of candy corn on the side. Kids can create their own face on this special Halloween hotcake.

Krispy Kreme

On October 31, head to your nearest Krispy Kreme wearing your Halloween costume for a free doughnut of choice. All three locations in the Portland area are participating.

• 8517 NE Andresen Rd., Vancouver

Mike’s Drive-In 

On October 31 from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., kids can trick-or-treat at the drive-in and get a free small soft serve ice cream cone, corn dog or a wooden nickel good for a free cone at another visit. Available at all four participating locations.

MOD Pizza

On Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 3-6 p.m., the first 25 little ghouls and goblins under age 12 who show up in costume are awarded a “Totally Spooktacular Achievement Award,” with the purchase of a signature pizza or salad at MOD Pizza. The award earns your child a free Kids Meal coupon, redeemable throughout the month of November.

Next Level Burger

Next Level Burger is going all out this Halloween with trick-or-treating, a costume contest and BOGO burgers.

QDOBA Mexican Eats
