For thrifty families and their little monsters, there are fun treats (no tricks) available all over town. If you’re looking for a new way to celebrate the trick-or-treating holiday, check out these Portland Halloween food deals below.
Some of these deals require a costume. The deals are taking place all day unless specific hours are listed. Most of these events are happening on October 31, but make sure you take note of the dates listed.

2022 Portland Halloween Food Deals
Chipotle
Chipotle is bringing back its Boorito promotion. From 3 p.m. to closing on October 31, Chipotle Reward members dressed up in costume will enjoy an entrée for $6. Limit one per person and in restaurant only. The reward program is free to join.
IHOP
From October 24 through October 31, kids 12 and under can get a free Scary Face Pancake from 4 to 10 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entree at IHOP.
Your little ghosts and goblins will get a fluffy 7” buttermilk pancake topped with whipped topping eyes and smile. IHOP provides you with a side of Mini Oreo cookies, glazed strawberries and candy corn so you can create your own spooky pancake face. Available for dine-in only.
Krispy Kreme
On October 31, head to your nearest Krispy Kreme wearing your Halloween costume for a free doughnut of choice. All three locations in the Portland area are participating.
Maryhill Winery
Wear a costume into any Maryhill Winery tasting room location on Saturday, October 29-Monday, October 31, and receive a complimentary glass of wine from the flight list. Visitors must be in full costume and purchase other bistro or a wine item. Only one complimentary glass per costumed guest 21+ for the duration of this offer.
The closest location is at 801 Waterfront Way, Suite 105 in Vancouver.
Mike’s Drive-In
On Sunday, October 31 from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., kids 12 and under can trick-or-treat at the drive-in and get a free small soft serve ice cream cone or a wooden nickel good for a free cone at another visit. Available at all three locations.
QDOBA Mexican Eats
On October 31, QDOBA Rewards members can get buy-one-get-one free entrées. Members must be logged into their rewards account for online or app orders or scan rewards card or QR code in the app at checkout for in-restaurant orders.

On October 31, kids dressed up as their scariest, silliest or favorite character will get a free kid’s cone. New this year, dogs in costume can get a free pup scoop. Kids 16 and under must be in costume to receive this complimentary scoop. This deal is available in shops only at all five Salt & Straw locations in the Portland metro.
Slappy Cakes
Visit Slappy Cakes in costume on Monday, October 31, and you’ll get a free bottle of pancake batter. This deal is available 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Slappy Cakes is located at 4246 SE Belmont St in Portland.
Sonic
Sonic Drive-In is serving corn dogs for 50 cents on Halloween at participating locations, all day long. There’s no limit and the offer is available in-restaurant and online. The deal automatically applies at checkout.
Wendy’s
Get the Halloween BOO! Book for just $1 with 5 Jr. Frosty coupons. The books are available through Halloween, while supplies last.
