For thrifty families and their little monsters, there are fun treats (no tricks) available all over town. If you’re looking for a new way to celebrate the trick-or-treating holiday, check out these Portland Halloween food deals below. 

Some of these deals require a costume. The deals are taking place all day unless specific hours are listed. Most of these events are happening on October 31, but make sure you take note of the dates listed.

2023 Portland Halloween Food Deals

Baskin-Robbins

On Halloween, get 31% off all scoops at Baskin-Robbins. There are 18 Baskin-Robbins location throughout the Portland metro. 

Chipotle

Chipotle is bringing back its Boorito promotion. From 3 p.m. to closing on October 31, Chipotle Reward members get $6 entree item with promo code BOORITO at digital check-out via Chipotle.com or the Chipotle mobile app from participating U.S. locations. Limit one per person and in restaurant only. The reward program is free to join.

There are 10 Chipotle locations in and around Portland.

IHOP

From October 24 through October 31, kids 12 and under can get a free Scary Face Pancake from 4 to 10 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entree at IHOP.

Your little ghosts and goblins will get a fluffy 7” buttermilk pancake topped with whipped topping eyes and smile. IHOP provides you with a side of Mini Oreo cookies, glazed strawberries and candy corn so kids can create their own spooky pancake face. Available for dine-in only.

Krispy Kreme

On October 31, head to your nearest Krispy Kreme wearing your Halloween costume for a free doughnut of choice. All three locations in the Portland area are participating.

• 8517 NE Andresen Rd., Vancouver

Mike’s Drive-In 

On Tuesday, October 31 from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., kids 12 and under can trick-or-treat at the drive-in and get a free small soft serve ice cream cone, corn dog or a wooden nickel good for a free cone at another visit. Available at all three participating locations.

QDOBA Mexican Eats

On October 31, QDOBA Rewards members can get buy-one-get-one free entrées. The offer requires the purchase of a drink.

Members must be logged into their rewards account for online or app orders or scan rewards card or QR code in the app at checkout for in-restaurant orders.

On October 31, 2023, kids dressed up as their scariest, silliest or favorite character will get a scoop on for free at Salt & Straw. Kids ages 16 and under must be in costume to receive this complimentary scoop.

This deal is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at all Portland area Salt & Straw locations.

Sonic

Sonic Drive-In is serving corn dogs for 50 cents on Halloween at participating locations, all day long. There’s no limit and the offer is available  in-restaurant and online. The deal automatically applies at checkout.

Sugarpine Drive-In

On Sunday, October 29, and Monday, October 30, kids dressed in costume get a free kid’s ice cream with spooky sprinkles at Sugarpine Drive-In.

Sugarpine is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1208 E Historic Columbia River Hwy in Troutdale.

Wendy’s

Get the Halloween BOO! Book for just $1 with 5 Jr. Frosty coupons. The books are available through Halloween, while supplies last.
