Get ready to raise your glass and toast to the holiday season at the Portland Holiday Brew Fest.

This festive event promises a weekend filled with good cheer, great company and more than 30 holiday and winter-themed beers and ciders from across the Northwest.

You can also partake in the final days of Holiday Drink Week: Get $8 Specialty Cocktails.

The annual festival takes place in the heart of downtown Portland. Here are the details:

2024 Portland Holiday Brew Fest

The Portland Holiday Brew Fest is December 6-8, 2024, at Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland. Hours are 5:30-9 p.m. on Friday, 12-9 p.m. on Saturday and 12-5 p.m. on Sunday. All ages are welcome on Sunday. 

What to Expect

Under the tree in The Square, you’ll find:

Delicious Brews and Eats: Enjoy a wide selection of winter beers and ciders alongside tasty bites from local vendors:

• Marsh & Mallow: Fresh s’mores
• Urban German: Savory German dishes
• La Femme Fromage: Gourmet cheese plates
• Albina City Nuts: Warm, spiced nuts
• BNF Kombucha: Kid-friendly beverages for younger attendees.

Entertainment: Dance along to live tunes spun by vinyl DJs, including Waxing Poetic, Miranda Fontaine, Scottjab, and the Wayward Girls Soul Club.

Heated Tents: Stay cozy while sipping your drinks.

Meet Santa: Santa will be stopping by on Sunday from 12-3 p.m. 

Give Back

Bring the holiday spirit by donating a toy to the KGW Toy Drive! As a thank-you, you’ll receive a free drink ticket to use at the festival.

Bring Your Own Glass

This year, you’re encouraged to BYOG (Bring Your Own Glass). Whether it’s a stein, mason jar, or coffee mug, your reusable cup helps reduce the event’s plastic footprint. 

Tickets

There’s a package for everyone:

• Large Tasting Package: $30 in advance (12 drink tickets) | $35 at the gate (10 drink tickets)
• Small Tasting Package: $20 in advance (6 drink tickets) | $25 at the gate (5 drink tickets)
• Entry Only: $10 in advance | $15 at the gate (no tasting glass or tickets included)
• Under 21 (Sunday only): $5

Additional drink tickets are $2 each, with one ticket redeemable for a 3 oz pour of beer or cider.
