Powell’s Books has been serving Portland’s bibliophiles since 1971. Now with three locations throughout the metro area, you have more opportunities peruse your favorite titles and support an independent bookstore.
This June, stock up on all your summer reading during the special warehouse sale.
Powell’s Books Warehouse Sale
The Powell’s Books Warehouse Sale is a celebration of literature, community and the joy of discovering new worlds within the pages of a book. This year, the sale is taking place for two full days.
Mark your calendars for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 1, and Sunday, June 2. During the warehouse sale, you’ll get special sale prices, including $3 hardcovers, $2 trade paperbacks and $1 mass markets.
Explore the diverse collection and lose yourself in the stacks of literary treasures. From fiction to nonfiction, poetry to graphic novels, there’s something for everyone at Powell’s.
While you’re there, unwind while listening to music and snacking on delicious eats from food carts. Guilder Cafe, Nico’s Ice Cream, Nacheaux and Great Notion Brewing are serving up food and drinks.
