Salt & Straw Cedar Hills Grand Opening

Salt & Straw is opening a new location in Beaverton this week! Attend the grand opening and you might receive a free treat. 

Since 2011, Salt & Straw has been churning small batch, handmade ice cream featuring local ingredients. The ice cream shop currently has four locations in the Portland area and the new shop at Cedar Hills will make five. The shops have interesting signature flavors, like olive oil and honey lavender, and many of the classics along with new limited edition flavors every month that keep customers coming back for more.

Here are the details about the grand opening event.

Salt & Straw Cedar Hills Grand Opening

On Friday, July 22, Salt & Straw Cedar Hills opens at 11 a.m. The first 100 guests will receive a free scoop.

Along with all of its classic flavors, try Salt & Straw’s July menu featuring local berries:

• Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero (my favorite!)
• Besharam’s Yogurt Lassi w/ Raspberries
• Birthday Cakes and Blackberries
• Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie
• Boysenberry Oatmilk Sherbet (vegan)
