Choose from a variety of tamales representing different Latin American cuisine at the Tamales Festival.
The Portland Mercado is the hub of Latin culture in our city. The public market space features eight food carts and five indoor businesses representing the diverse flavors of Latin America.
This weekend, the food carts and businesses at the Portland Mercado are cooking up something special.
