Dozer Day lets your kids and kids at heart get behind the wheel with construction professionals.
The annual event aims to educate people of all ages by fostering an interest in the construction industry. Your family can get up close with heavy construction equipment along with other fun, informational activities.
Here are the details about the October event.
Dozer Day at Clark County Event Center
Dozer Day at the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield is October 5-6, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is open to all ages. Kids get to climb inside and operate construction equipment guided by in-cab, experienced equipment operators. For big kids, kids over 48 inches tall and adults, there are additional machines that are fun and safe to operate without in-cab guidance.
Other activities include the tire crawl and kids’ dig, contests, sponsor giveaways and more.
Tickets
Pre-sale tickets are $15 for all guests over 2 years old. There is no charge for guests 2 years of age or younger.
Ticket prices increase to $20 after 11:59 PM on October 4, 2024.
Also, there are vendors onsite with food and beverage options available for purchase.
Dozer Day is hosted by the nonprofit Nutter Family Foundation. There is also an event at the Lane County Event Center in Eugene in 2025. Dates are TBA.
